Harvard graduate Dr. Michael Civin

It’s a prestigious honor to graduate from Harvard -- even from Harvard College as Dr. Michael Civin did in 1968. Most commonly known as Harvard University, the Massachusetts school of higher learning was formerly known in its entirety as Harvard College. However, as more advanced degrees began to be offered by the school, it grew to become Harvard University. But Harvard College is still the name used for the undergraduate division of the premier school -- and it is from where that Civin earned his A.B. degree in the late 1960s. And he earned it with cum laude honors!
Michael Civin would go on to continue his education at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the University of Oregon immediately following his Harvard completion. He also attended Adelphi University, from which Civin studied in the Gordon F. Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies to earn his Ph.D. This accomplished Harvard graduate became a trained psychologist, aiding others in times of need, and an educator to others. He published numerous scholarly articles and book chapters plus acted as an associate professor, professor and faculty member. And it all started with a Harvard … Harvard College … education.
